Return & Exchange Policy – Prime Wear

We want you to love your Prime Wear purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • Size mismatch (exchange allowed)

2. Return Conditions

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without tags

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance sale items

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Email with order number

  2. Share product images (if damaged or incorrect)

  3. Our team will verify the request

  4. Pickup will be arranged from your address

  5. Refund or replacement will be processed after product inspection

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Wallet/Store credit (based on your selection)

Refund time: 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Exchange Process

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • Only size or color replacement allowed for the same product.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—only return/exchange applies.
